The wifey bought me the G1 for my birthday and I’m loving every moment of it, although I’m still trying to get the hang of the 2 handed operation. Thank you wifey, your a gem!

I’ve heard alot of good things about this place, the desserts weren’t too bad but they weren’t anything to die for either.

Having learnt that Chef Nogawa was no longer at Akane we proceeded here and since it was our anniversary we decided to go with the Omakase.

I’m glad they had their renovation, its so much better seating indoors in the blazing afternoon heat
A quiche, potato salad and a mushroom soup - a perfect lunch for one

They do nice take away too. Love the broth.

I haven’t had this in so many years, I almost forgot about how crazy I was about this

Despite a nice cost location, I doubt business will be good if the food quality remains, its quite cheap though so maybe. Oh and its pet friendly, so theres a plus point.

The garlic bread was ok, but the soup was so salty

Man Tou novelty instead of bread, but that couldn’t save how sucky this curry was, and there was NO POTATO!

Some beef stew thingy that was very watered down

I love that this place is so tiny, so hidden and so near my place I can just walk out to it. Granted its no Au Jardin but the prices are justified with the quality so I’m fine by it.

The one by the old man at zion road is still the best, but its kinda far.
